Light golden yellow in colour with sweet aromas of apricot, lychee, quince, and a touch of cinnamon. The mild palate is very fruity, and fresh with tremendous persistence.

Ideal with dishes based on white meats, smoked salmon, and shellfish in general. Also pairs well with vegetarian dishes and Asian cuisine.
