These grapes, hand-selected from Zeter's finest vineyards, undergo wild yeast fermentation and maturation in 300 or 500 litre barrels. Raspberry, red berry and floral hints on the nose. Silky tannins and good structure. Very elegant glass of wine closer to a Burgundian style of Pinot Noir.
