Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum

Production Method: Distilled in both pot and column stills using molasses from locally grown sugar cane. Four to five day fermentation provides an abundance of flavour, then aged in Fiji in the tropical climate before being shipping in the barrel to France where it undergoes a secondary ageing in French oak for a period of around a year in continental cellars.
