Mandrarossa Rupenera Merlot

Mandrarossa and its parent winery Settesoli continue to show the benefit of their tireless dedication to quality and innovation. In 2009 they gained their first-ever Tre Bicchieri (three glasses) award for Cartagho 2006, and this feat has been repeated with the 2008 vintage in 2011. The Mandrarossa range has gone through an extensive makeover this year, both in terms of wines and packaging, and the results are very impressive on both counts.
Mandrarossa Merlot is a soft but structured wine, with lively raspberry and stonefruit flavours balanced by clean acidity and supple tannins.
