A blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc, the refreshing, fruity grape most of us know so well and love, with 10% Semillon added to give a bit of richness and weight. Captivating citrus, stone fruits and sea-breeze aromas. Layers of gorgeous creamy lemon and green apple flavours, the creamy edge coming from a little oak ageing. A serious style of Sauvignon Blanc.
