Casa Silva Viognier Reserva

The Colchagua Valley’s “Coastal Shadow”, and particularly Lolol, is considered Chile’s best terroir for Viogniers, due to the extreme difference between night & day temperatures. Casa Silva’s Viogniers and Viognier blends have been Chile’s best rated by Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate and Jancis Robinson.

Pale gold with green hues. On the nose, aromas of peaches and honeydew melon with hints of cinnamon and honey. On the palate, fruity and fresh, full bodied and with good acidity. Notes of medlar and orange peel. Nice long finish.

Delicious with Asian sweet and sour dishes, sushi, sashimi and teriyaki chicken. Also perfect with garlic shrimps and tuna.
