Walt Riesling

An elegant, off-dry, fruity Riesling. This comes from  the Pfalz which lies just over the border from Alsace and where the wines produced often show a similar note of spiciness. Lovely peach and stone fruits with a whiff of elderflower and refreshing apple crispness.

Try pairing alongside Thai dishes that have spicy kick.
